Hello @Anibal F

If by the first solution you mean you cannot update all drivers using Advanced Driver Updater please note using the paid version you can update all drivers. However, if you are using free version you can update one driver at a time.

In case we were not able to understand the query we request you to please share the problem you are facing in detail.

Thanks and Regards

Dear Vrishabh,

Thank you for writing to us.

If none of the solutions have worked so far, we suggest performing System Restore to the point everything was working fine.

Also, you can try adjusting the power management settings. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Press Windows +X and select Device Manager from the quick access menu.
2. Right-click on the HID device > click on Properties.
3. Click on the Power Management tab and uncheck the option — Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
4. Click on OK to save the changes made.

Hopefully these additional ways will help.

Thanks and Regards
